All companies registered in the Republic of South Africa that wish to participate in procurement processes must adhere to South African legislation, subordinate legislation and/or regulations applicable to procurement (“Applicable laws”), which is enforced by the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”).

SME’s can visit the following webpage in order to obtain information on how to register as a SME https://smesouthafrica.co.za/basics-of-registering-a-business/ and be accredited by an accreditation or regulatory board in order to verify authenticity as well as promote professionalism.

Bushveld Minerals is guided and bound by the Applicable Laws regulating industrial procurement, as enforced by the DTI.

All suppliers that want to participate in our Procurement Process have to abide by the same Applicable Laws.

Bushveld Minerals urges suppliers to register on our Procurement Portal (https://bushveld.procure.co.za/) in order to participate in our Procurement Process.

In order to successfully register as a vendor with Bushveld Minerals, ALL the documents listed below must be supplied:

o Shareholder name(s)o Nationalityo HDSA Statuso % Ownership in the Company

• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate – not older than 1 year (12 months from date of issue)
  
• Valid BEE Certificate or Valid BEE affidavit
  
• Proof of Bank detail not older than 3 months
  
• Disclosure Certificate issued by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC)
  
• Information of Company’s Ownership Structure: Shareholder name(s), Nationality, HDSA Status,  % Ownership in the Company
• Completed expression of interest form

Please note further that there is no cost for Bushveld Minerals vendors to register and maintain company information and associated compliance documents. Bushveld Minerals will never require any supplier to pay any fees to participate in a RFQ or Tender.
